Damm – In the sacred journey of Hajj or Umrah, if a necessary act is missed or a restriction is unintentionally violated, Islam offers a gentle and meaningful way to make amends.

This involves offering a sacrifice of a sheep or goat (or 1/7th share of a larger animal), as a way of seeking forgiveness and fulfilling your obligation with sincerity.

When is Damm Required?
Damm becomes necessary in situations such as:

• Hunting or killing within the sacred boundaries of Makkah

Absolutely. Once you book, your responsibility is fulfilled in the sight of Allah ﷻ—but for your peace of mind, Shareefain will send confirmation and a video of your sacrifice once completed.
